Throughout her career, Lorrie has been directly involved in hundreds of commercial real estate deals across the United States and Canada, serving both institutional and private clients. Her experience as an advisor, strategist, and transaction manager enables her to help clients identify opportunities, structure transactions, and achieve long-term investment objectives through informed decision-making and disciplined execution.

Lorrie’s accomplishments span all aspects of commercial real estate, including valuation, acquisition, disposition, sale-leaseback, leasing, development, and management of single-tenant and multi-tenant portfolios. As a Co-Founder of NNN Investment Advisors, Lorrie specializes in the acquisition and disposition of net lease properties, along with retail, office, industrial, and mixed-use assets, with a particular focus on off-market opportunities. Her vision is to help build a specialized firm recognized for integrity, expertise, and exceptional client service.

Prior to co-founding NNN Investment Advisors, Lorrie co-founded a business intelligence and data analytics consulting firm, advising C-level executives at Fortune 100 companies on strategic initiatives. She holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Marketing from the University of Michigan.
