Richard Grondin’s solid understanding of commercial real estate is a result of his 27 years of experience in the industry.  Richard founded NNN Investment Advisors, a firm focused on buying and selling net lease properties, to fill a need in the STNL market that he personally experienced as a real estate investor.  Born in Montreal and raised in South Florida, Richard began his real estate career in 1989 and has completed thousands of transactions both for himself and for clients across the country.  Richard is a Principal in over 15 companies and personally owns a significant portfolio of shopping centers, industrial, and single tenant NNN retail properties.  His vision to lead a highly specialized and knowledgeable company was born as he developed his own investment portfolio and recognized ways in which the transaction of commercial real estate could be improved.  His goal is to build a team of experts driven to provide clients with a level of service unprecedented in the industry.  Through his extensive background as an owner, manager and investor of commercial real estate, Richard helps clients create and preserve their wealth by consistently providing the best real estate investment opportunities, research, advisory, financing and transaction services.  His achievements include all aspects of valuation, acquisition, disposition, development, sale-leaseback, leasing and management of commercial properties and multifamily portfolios.  

Richard has a special interest in single tenant NNN properties and continually engages new investors, seeking out ideal revenue generating assets that match his investors’ portfolio strategies and risk tolerance.  His passion for strategically matching investors to lucrative real estate opportunities that maximize value and exceed investment goals has been the driving force for his success throughout the years.  Richard is a graduate of Florida Atlantic University and holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Real Estate.
