Beginning his career in 1989, Richard has been instrumental in thousands of commercial real estate deals nationwide, both for his own portfolio and on behalf of clients. His extensive experience as an owner, manager, and broker of commercial properties enables him to help clients build and preserve wealth through strategic real estate investment opportunities, comprehensive research, advisory services, financing, and seamless transactions. Richard’s accomplishments span all aspects of commercial real estate, including valuation, acquisition, disposition, sale-leaseback, leasing, development, and management of single and multi-family portfolios. As a co-founder of NNN Investment Advisors, Richard specializes in the purchase and sale of net lease properties, as well as shopping centers, industrial, office and land, with a particular focus on off-market opportunities. His vision is to lead a highly specialized firm known for delivering an unparalleled level of service in the industry. Originally from Montreal and raised in South Florida, Richard personally owns a substantial and diverse real estate portfolio encompassing thousands of acres of land and millions of square feet in retail and industrial. His deep knowledge of commercial real estate covers sales, sale-leasebacks, acquisitions, dispositions, management, leasing, construction, and development across various sectors, including retail, office, industrial, residential/multi-family, raw land and farm land.
