NNN Investment Advisors reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, alter or otherwise update these Terms and Conditions at any time. By using this Web Site after NNN Investment Advisors has posted notice of such modifications, alterations or updates, you agree to be bound by such revised Terms and Conditions. To the extent Owner or any agent of Owner corresponds with any prospective purchaser, any prospective purchaser should not rely on any such correspondence or statements as binding to Owner.  Only a fully executed Real Estate Purchase Agreement shall bind Property, and each prospective purchaser proceeds at its own risk.

This agreement will be governed by the laws of the state of Florida. The exclusive jurisdiction for any claim, action or dispute with NNN Investment Advisors, LLC or relating in any way to your use of the site will be in the state and federal courts of the state of Florida and the venue for the adjudication or disposition of any such claim, action or dispute will be in the county of Palm Beach, Florida.

You acknowledge that you have read this agreement, understand it and will be bound by its terms and conditions.
